The Area between the railway and highway near Mendrisio-railwaystation is formed by an space- and temporal transition. The system is to design some typologies, topologies, which can be edited by different functions. These typologies are arranged in a way, that the in between space creates an multidirectional field with open and nearly closed zones. All functions are linked directly to this semipublic space.
